We are very pleased to offer a full grooming service at Little Revel End, not only for boarders but for all dogs.  Our fully trained staff have over twenty five years of grooming experience between them and are very happy for you to drop in or telephone to discuss your dog’s requirements.

 
We will need to know if your dog has any skin problems, as we have a range of different shampoos, so there is usually something to suit every coat and a conditioner can be applied if necessary. Thorough grooming before the bath will remove any dead coat. The nails will be checked and clipped if necessary and ears will be cleared of hair and cleaned.  Anal glands can be cleared upon request.

 

Our prices are intended as a guide due to sizes within breeds varying.   Extra work involving  de-matting, or extra time spent with very nervous or difficult dogs,  will be charged accordingly.  All prices are inclusive of V.A.T.

Special Puppy Package

 

Bringing puppies into the salon before they are six months old acclimatises them to strange surroundings

and being handled by someone other than their owner is of great benefit to them.

 

Grooming is an important part of hygiene for all dogs, apart from being an essential part of bonding with your new puppy it is a chance to fully inspect their coats and become aware of any ‘foreign visitors’, which should be dealt with immediately. 

 

We will bath and brush your puppy and carefully remove any unwanted hair around the eyes, feet or rear end. We will then take time to discuss not only care of the coat, the correct grooming tools required but also your long term requirements i.e how you will want the puppy to look when he/she is mature.  It is much easier for the puppy and the groomer to start shaping the coat whilst he is young, rather than have to put the dog through hours of trimming, clipping and brushing when he is older, to obtain the required look. 

 

All puppies are welcome at our salon after they have had their inoculations up to approximately six months old.  Prices vary between breeds but as a  rough guide they will be £8 - £12

 

Puppies that have attended Little Revel End Puppy Classes will find a special voucher inside their puppy pack which entitles them to a 50% discount on their first visit on production of their voucher.
